My gosh. Les was a very close friend when I lived in Carmel in the 70s. He always did my hair and even came to the house to do it. He had a wonderful Ship called Serena and had sailed the world on it. We would work on the boat on the weekends...several of us up at Moss Landing. Beautiful person and times.

Good old times ... I used to live on his wonderful boat "Dolphine" for some months, after I had met Les and Sal in Hawaii. I wonder how he is doing these days .... Would love to hear from him ...
Les, if you read this, I send you a giant hug from Germany ...

Thinking about Les the barber. HIs shop was on Oceaan avenue upstairs. He believed that what went on in our lives was contained in our hair. Therefore when he cut it off it gave us a new leaf a new perspective. Lots of stained glass and handmade wood chairs. A delightful man. this was in the seventies.
